Mindful Moment is a video podcast series I launched and creatively directed for Healthy Minds, Healthy Communities (HMHC), spotlighting leaders and change-makers across Houston who are advancing mental health equity at the grassroots level. Each episode features candid interviews with advocates, organizers, and professionals driving real change.
I led the creative development of the series, including content strategy, video editing, branding, and short-form promotional content for social media. The goal: to normalize mental health conversations, uplift trusted community voices, and connect residents to accessible, neighborhood-based support.
